Synopsis
In a small, secluded town with a conservative party in power, news arrives by telegraph, informing that the Mexican revolution has begun. From then on every time they are informed of a triumph of one of the sides, conservatives and liberals fight to secure control of the town, relying on the old news they receive by telegraph.
