The prolific Richard Mailer (his stage names: Mr. Mustard or Grey Poupon) handed in a slapdash porn movie with S.W.A.P. It wasted a fine premise, a triple-X forerunner of TRADING PLACES.Gimmick has a shrink telling Danielle (the interesting, little-used porn actress Lorraine Alraune) she should trade her lifestyle with a welfare patient Babs (amusing Ginger Snaps), as part of her treatment.So Danielle goes to live with Babs’ old man Gus (comic porn star Bobby Astyr), while Babs ends up with stuffy Bruce Hancock (uncredited actor). In Gus’s tenement, Danielle is first raped by an unidentified neighbor guy, including anal sex, later to be mistreated by Gus as well.Babs has fun with Bruce, dominating him, and typical of the film’s off-the-wall approach she is later shown in bondage as Bruce plays with a model train set.Picture culminates with the two women meeting up at the shrink’s office and simultaneously servicing him as a thank-you. This scene is notable for a silly kink of Babs drinking coffee while Danielle sucks on an ice cube, in order to give the shrink a “hot and cold” dual blow job.Film is so relentlessly silly that the rough sex meted out to Danielle has no edge -it’s just XXX content. The fish out of water and contrasting lifestyles premise should have gone somewhere, but Mailer & crew were content to just grind out mindless hardcore porn.
