Under a Black Cloud

Harry Grimes, a former cop now working as a private investigator, is contacted by his old partner to re-open a cold case they worked over 15 years ago. Harry’s first clue takes him to a mysterious political influencer with ties to a prostitution racket. As he falls deeper into a maelstrom of hitmen, lawyers, pimps and corrupt policemen, Harry picks up an unsuspecting new sidekick in the form of a clueless call girl who may hold the key to unlocking the secrets of his quiet coastal town.
