Take A Ride: Miami Edition Documentary

When many people think of Miami, they immediately think of South Beach – sand, beautiful beaches, restaurants on Ocean Drive, palm trees, and tall beautiful buildings. What they do not see, however, are communities like Liberty City, Opa-Locka, Overtown, North Miami, Little Haiti, Goulds, Perrine, South Miami, Homestead, Lincoln Heights, and Miami Gardens (Formally known as Carol City). The goal of this documentary is not to paint Miami as a rough, unpleasant city, but to shine light on the dark areas of Miami that do not receive enough attention.This documentary will raise awareness about the violence that goes on in Miami, and show viewers the daily problems Miami residents face.
