NBI special crimes division agent Tony (Cesar Montano) encounters an evil entity which is bent on killing and torturing beautiful women, including his girlfriend, yeas after he thought he had killed the malevolent spirit. People close to Tony are in danger, including his partner Jane (Meg Imperial), whose romantic interest in him is known by everyone in the agency except him. The spirit, who has killed many people in Japan, is thought to be targeting women from a certain Samurai clan. In Manila, Miyuki (Maria Ozawa), who takes care of the family business while her younger sister tends their aging father, is later forced to help in the investigation regarding the murders, after Akane goes missing and their father is found dead, to stop the evil entity’s killing spree.
