Synopsis
Willie Whopper is telling his friend about the time he went to Constantinople with his girlfriend. As they approached an auction block selling dancing girls, the Sultan decided that Willie’s girlfriend was the one he wanted and carried her off. The bulk of the cartoon is about Willie’s efforts to rescue her and the obstacles he confronts along the way.
