Young Sabine leaves her parents’ home in the city to look for happiness in the big wide world. After she is introduced to the art of lovemaking by a helpful couple, she arrives at the village of Fingerlingen and finds a job in an inn. Soon surrounded by admirers of her attractive appearance, Sabine quickly acclimatizes to a village where pretty much everyone wants to do it with everyone – and vice versa.
